This tower, situated in the Chhani area of Vadodara is occupied predominantly by the people working in the big industries and corporate firms in the vicinity. Hence this becomes an easy commute to their workspace. The very layout of the building shows maximum optimization of the space. Within a small space, five apartments are comfortably sitting in each floor. The central lobby becomes an interaction space.

The movement in four of the houses is linear whereas the house facing the staircase is spread out laterally. One of the reasons behind this kind of a layout is to ensure that each room gets a view outside, while managing to fit in five similar units in the limited space. Also, two adjacent apartments can be combined together and treated as a single larger apartment.
